Is it possible to reset Bitrix as if it had just been installed out of the box? Or will you have to manually delete a bunch of templates, folders, components, etc.?

Create a new template, delete folders with old ones if they are not needed, delete custom components if they are not needed. And why do you need this, if not a secret?
