PrestaShop password recovery not working?

Hello, there is a problem. When recovering a user password (not an admin!) on PrestaShop 1.6, an error occurs: "Error sending email". I can not understand where the legs grow, can someone tell me? Attached a screenshot.

Is something not working? - Look at the logs.
