Presta Shop 1.7. Why doesn't module auto-update work?

I deal with writing modules for PrestaShop 1.7, according to the official documentation . Stubbornly does not want to work automatic updating of modules.
PrestShop 1.7.6.0, all code - stupidly according to the tutorial, caching is disabled. I have no idea which way to dig.
