Preloader from css to gif?

I have a pure css preloader. Is there any way to convert this case to gif ?

I don't think there is any tool out there that directly converts a moving web page element into a GIF. This is usually done by converting the recorded video and converting it to a GIF.
You record the section of the page with the loader in the video without compression, and convert it to a gif with indexed colors, alpha channel, etc.
