(prefers-reduced-motion: reduce) Request in progress in browser, how to cancel?

The point is in the title. I riveted the site (I'm just starting to learn), I use bootstrap 4. I installed a carousel with the code from the bootstrap site, everything worked fine. But over time, the slide scrolling animation disappeared and I found that a media query (prefers-reduced-motion: reduce) is being executed in the browser, in which the transition is set to none, which kills all animations.

I checked in Chrome, Edge - there is no animation. IE - animation works correctly.
How to fix and what to do?
