Pre-push hook, check if a certain file has changed?

Good afternoon.
Let's say there is a branch develop, a branch is created from it develop-branch. I, in the hook pre-push, need to eventually find out if a certain file has changed filenamecompared to developthe branch.
What is the best way to do this?

pre-receive hook, the hooks are in .git/hooks. There are also many examples
