Pre-prepared phrases in EXCEL from the drop-down list - is it possible?

Greetings, in the course of the work, I constantly have to use Excel, and fill out various kinds of tables. The problem is that every day I have to enter the same memorized words and phrases into the cells, which is extremely inconvenient, and sometimes even wildly annoying. I would like to ask if it is possible to organize work in Excel so that when certain cells are selected, something like a drop-down list appears with the ability to select pre-prepared phrases? If yes, how to do it? If not, how should I organize my work in Excel to make my life easier, or maybe I need to use some third-party tools? I apologize for a somewhat profane question, but I did not find an answer to this question on Google, so I am writing here. Thank you all in advance.

Perhaps through the "Verify Input Values" on the "Data" tab. There you select the data type list and specify the range (with all possible values) for this list (from a separate sheet or on the same one)

What you need is called "autocorrect".
Look at the middle of this article: https : //advanceduser.ru/microsoft-excel/avtozamena...
characters (for example, "copyright"), etc. Here you can specify a sequence of characters, which then the program will have to convert to something else."
