Practice is needed, but where to get it?

I write in python at a beginner-intermediate level. It takes a little practice, but I can no longer invent tasks from my head. Can you advise what to do, where to look, how to invent?

Start from your levels of knowledge.
Try to take ideas that you find too difficult. In terms of what you even 60% of the project do not know how to write.
The best learning is to solve the problems you want.
Learn to google and evaluate the bar.
It is also an option to look at easy freelance orders (I don’t mean to complete the order, but to try my hand)
Well, if you need specific examples, then here:
1. A pizza ordering mobile application with a beautiful GUI, where there is a designer of your own pizza.
2. A robot that allows you to automate the work of an accountant (it is convenient to locate your database with employee salaries, pick EXCEL plates, etc.)
3. Bot for discord or telegram.
4. A game with a layout of light mini-games (snake, table hockey, etc.)
Maybe you need it.
Consider creating sites on the DJANGO framework.
I also recommend peeking at a variety of methods for accelerating, protecting, and be sure to understand well the 3 main OOP paradigms (encapsulation, inheritance and polymorphism)
