Power supply 900mA via USB3 common to the hub?

Hello.
USB 3.0 port powers 5v 900mA devices.
If I connect a usb 3.0 hub without external power to this usb3 port, and already in this plug there are two devices that consume 900mA (4.5 W) each, will both devices receive their 900mA (4.5 W)
or will both devices lack power?
