Power supplies for laptops. How do they differ from similar universal power supplies?
There is an adjustable voltage power supply from aliexpress. Can it easily replace a special power supply for laptops? It remains to choose a connector for the power input.

HP, as well as some others, like to put mikruhi that will not allow you to properly charge the left devices.
In other cases, it is necessary that the currents (no less than that of charging) and voltages match, and it is also better to make sure that the PSU output has the voltage that you expect and the ripple is not a couple of volts peak-peak. (This sometimes happens in cheap blocks), and also check it under continuous load for heating before desoldering parts. :)
And most importantly, on an adjustable PSU, do not accidentally twist the voltage beyond the permissible limits.
I charge my laptop from LBP at home, for example, so in general it is possible, but there may be nuances.
Ideally - if they meet the technical specifications - provide a stable voltage with an acceptable level of ripple and the required current - then there is no difference.
In real life - buying a PSU on aliexpress is a lottery.
The Chinese tend to save on filters or a heat sink, which affects the quality not for the better.
Very often, a "special" PSU for a laptop is just the same China, only the factory one of the required voltage and current. And quite often it is a universal PSU with a set of adapters for different connectors :)
The main thing is the required voltage and current. And of course, so that the voltage does not float too much and the case does not get warm - if the case gets very hot - it is barn, it can burn out corny (literally - with fire and smoke), and at the same time it is quite capable of dragging the charge controller in the laptop with it ( just yesterday they brought this one from the site - smart people to eat!)
