Power management in Mate DE (Linux Mint 12)?
Hello Khabrovites. I installed Linux Mint 12 on my netbook and chose the Mate shell (I installed it for the sake of it). I liked it, adjusted it, but suddenly found that there was no mention of power management everywhere: there was no tray icon, there was no item in the settings menu, there was not even such an applet! Moreover, in the other two built-in shells, everything is in order. I poked through the packages, looked for a problem on the Internet, found nothing.
Can anyone suggest what? The feature is critical. Or score and pick up ubuntu with a file?
