Do I understand correctly that “posts” on Habré are automatically closed after a while and you cannot comment or vote in them, and q&a do not close until you close them yourself.
PS This question is of interest not only to me, but also to new arrivals.

Neither posts nor questions are closed for good.
You can always comment on them. You can vote for posts, questions, comments within three days.
