Postgraduate topic?

I really want to go to graduate school. The ambush is that I have pathological problems when choosing a topic (since the time of term papers). I myself graduated from Baumanka, I want to go there as aspirant, but not in principle (the main thing is MSC). I would be grateful if someone has real ideas for scientific research, or someone needs a colleague in an already formed research group. I am also ready to engage in teaching activities (I have little experience and a great desire).
I forgot to say. About the programmer specialty, I would like to write a job in the same area (ie, developing something, etc.)
PS Do not offer options like “call the department, they will help you”. Didn't help.
PPS The “think up anything” option is also not ice, they won’t take anything with anything
