Postfix, Relay problem, how to prevent receiving mail from an external host, provided that the sender and recipient are users of my domain?

Good afternoon!
The essence of the problem is as follows, Relay letters began to arrive in which the sender and recipient indicate the users of my domain, the host address from which the external mailing is being sent.

Received: from 200-203-76-21.cslce701.dsl.brasiltelecom.net.br (200-203-76-21.cslce701.dsl.brasiltelecom.net.br [200.203.76.21]) by mail.mydomain.ru (Postfix) with ESMTP id 04154BFF10 for <[email protected]>; Thu, 12 Mar 2015 03:45:14 +0300 (MSK)
Message-ID: <[email protected]>
From: <[email protected]>
To: <[email protected]>

How do I tell Postfix that the external sender address in this case should be bound to my domain?
Thank you all in advance!

@ShamblerR

/etc/postfix/main.cf
Looks like something like this ;)

Algorithm:
If the sender specifies the From: [email protected] address, then in this case:
1. He is from an allowed network segment (usually a local network)
2. The external address from which the message is received must belong to my mail.mydomain domain. ru - IP XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX (NS, MX, A)
3. In all others, indicate the real address of the sender (this is done).
Is it possible to configure Postfix to fulfill the 2nd condition?
