Can I write my own spam filter in python or C++ or something else for Postfix?
Googled - like nothing.
PS - write yourself . And the question is not about the algorithm of the spam filter.

It is possible and not only for Postfix, postfix supports the milter API , you can write a filter that will work with any MTA that supports milter.
