Postfix - add [ Request #AZ-0-9] post number to header?

how to properly make the Subject look like this:
[ Company ] [ Request #AZ-0-9]: {original header}
where "Request #AZ-0-9" is generated by [ Request #LQH3487] and is attached to this and all subsequent messages in thread.
I looked at plugins for Postfix, and scripts for Thunderbird, that there is nothing, or I'm looking in the wrong place.

Do you need a ticket system? look at OTRS or something similar
