POST request takes 20sec. how to track?

I moved one laptop to another, git clone, installed the base, the next question is - How can I track such a low response rate.
ps on the previous laptop, I didn’t
use app watsonto search the database. But this did not happen on the old laptop.

Thank you. Vorops is solved, the problem was in the postgres database, which, for whatever reason, slowed down, installed the esquellite, everything started to work fine.
