The computer (W10, more in the answer below) reboots itself without any signs of failure, and along the way, this whole disgrace is accompanied by small artifacts on the screen. But for some reason it somehow does not appear naturally. I paid attention to the power, how else can you check the power, is it really a power supply? Look please:
