Possible Alternative to Amperka (Matryoshka Z) and Arduino from Amazon?

Due to living not far from Japan, and being able to purchase goods from Japan. I found an alternative version of Matryoshka Z, link (photo could not be added):

Tell me if I I will take a set from Amazon, I will be able to master it myself (perhaps according to the instructions of Matryoshka) and can it be called an analogue of what Amperka suggests?

All that is lying around in the picture is quite often found modules, there is a mountain of documentation for all, and yes, half of the same is sold on an ampere, only at a "different" price :)
