Ports not working what to do?

tell me what you can do the problem is this: - when booting Windows when the Windows logo appears, the rear usb ports stop working - the SIM modem keyboard and mouse turn on the desktop and nothing works !!! I tried to boot the computer with the last normal configuration, nothing has changed, but when uploaded with catalogs to mine (I don’t remember exactly, I’m afraid to turn off the computer) everything works, but the bottom panel does not work as usual! that’s all I could describe! please help what you advise me to do ??? thanks in advance!

First you need to find out if this is a hardware or software problem. Try to boot from a liveCD with any Linux distribution and check the ports, if everything works, then this is a problem in your OS. Try rolling back to the last good restore point or reinstalling the OS while keeping the files.

after the rollback, neither the mouse nor the keyboard still works and now the computer gives an error 0x80070002 and I start the computer through (directory services recovery mode) in this mode everything works only the control panel has changed from below! what else can I try to do?
