Porting an Android project to iOS?

Dear readers,
There is a small project made on Eclipse and the question arose about the correct port to the iOS environment. What services exist for this (namely porting)? Is this even possible? Apparently, initially it was necessary to do it using HTML5 technology and has already begun to do the next project with this in mind on the ApplicationCraft service. But in this case, as I understand, the implementation is only in the WebView element, which imposes its own limitations.
What HTML5 code generation services do you recommend using to release a project on Android and iOS?

Is this a cross-platform IDE/development tool question ? (sorry for repeated editing - there is some kind of bug with links on this site, but I already see - you can’t have a lot of bukaf in the anchor tag)
Because there are others, such as PhoneGap, Titanium, Adobe Air (I can make mistakes in the names), basically everything systems are built on HTM5+js
