There are two routers. Mikrotik:
1. Cloud CHR,
White ip 1.1.1.1
vpn l2tp server 172.16.10.1
Internal network 10.10.100.0/24
2. Home router on 4G
modem,
vpn client 172.16.10.13
Internal network 192.168.50.0/24

You need to knock at 1.1.1.1:5000 and hit the NAS.
They see each other's networks, routing is configured .. (if you connect to vpn by another client, you get to 50.111.

Answer the question
In order to leave comments, you need to log in
On the cloud port forwarding - incoming - your IP external (interface) >>> dst-nat vpn address of the home router
On
the home - incoming - vpn address of the cloud >>> NAS address in the local network
both sides. The simplest option is to make a masquarade rule (as for WAN) and specify addresses\VPN interface)
