Port forwarding, how to open external access to a computer on a local network?

Generally so. Given: We have a provider D-Link, its ip is not known, optics come to it and 2 Internet cables go to two different organizations, with two different ips that are visible from the external network. We have a “Server” (Don’t laugh, on Windows10, I just didn’t consider it rational to buy a server platform for 4 computers, but with CENTOS 7, it somehow didn’t work for me) which distributes the Internet via DHCP (Through an unmanaged D-Link router) and on which FTP is located, of course it can be seen from the external network, and it works fine as a host (My site is located on it). "Most recently, I was donated to an old two-nuclear 32-bit Craftway (A real factory non-self-made server, with a Raid array, sharpened under I want to place FTP on it, because Craftway is behind Windows 10, Accordingly, it will not be visible from the external network. Attention question: In theory, I know that you need to open-forward the port. How to do it?
PS: You can use Windows 7 as an example.
pps: My logic is as follows: You need to find out which port Craftway is connected to, then open access to this port On Windows 10, I guess through a firewall, and access it from an external network like this: ip (windows10 ):80 (For example). There is one snag in this logic, I can’t figure out where to find the port number of Craftway. (If I'm wrong, please correct me)

You need to find out which port Craftway is connected to, then open access to this port
This is something unimaginable.
The computer is not connected to any port!
It just has an address.
You come to the address and knock on the right port.
You need to open access to FTP - forward the port that your FTP is listening on, you need to open access to another application, forward the port that your application is listening on.
To know how to forward, and whether it is necessary to forward at all - specify exactly how you distribute the Internet from your server to Windows 10

Sorry, after such a mess, I want to slap a minus into karma.
Better yet, advise your management to change you as an administrator.

Excuse me, are you trolling so thickly or are you just learning by the "full immersion" method? Router on Windows 10 - is this even possible? Change what you call a router (but which most likely is not) to a Kraftway server and try to set it up according to the manuals - and by the end of the setup process you will be answering questions yourself :-) True, it will take time ... because to start You probably need to read Olifer :-)
