I decided to install Pop!_OS (a fork of Ubuntu), and there are two ways:
Either 1. During installation, it displays a problem at the very beginning (it is solved by manually formatting the disk), or at the time of installing the bootloader (the bootloader cannot be installed) - I don’t know how solve
Or 2. If, under a successful set of circumstances, the bootloader installation error does not come out, then I still can’t reboot. Also, there is no bootloader.
What to do?

Apparently there are problems with setting the locale. I did not put it in Russian, everything is ok in English.
After installation, you can reconfigure the locale and everything will work in Russian.
