POP!_OS friezes, how to fix?

Hello!

Installed the latest version of POP!_OS. I go to YouTube or open Spotify and there are microfreezes of sound / video or the system itself as a whole. What steps should be taken to understand the cause?

Well, basically - see the system logs. Open in the background in the terminal:
tail -f /var/log/syslog
And then run YouTube, etc. Check the log when it crashes again.
It seems to me a problem with firewood on the video, but I could be wrong of course.
