Poor quality images on the site in Internet Explorer, Edge. How to fix?

I'm building a wordpress website with a template. Today I suddenly noticed that in IE and Edge logos are displayed very poorly, while in Chrome and Firefox everything is fine. How to adapt images for IE?

So I thought, the picture there is almost in the screen and reduced.
Think for yourself - probably give them an image of a specific size, pixel by pixel.
