Poor internet quality, mikrotik. what to do???

mikrotik rb711-2hnd. posted a screenshot. ate ate pages loads. to the tower 4 km was a couple of days ago, now it shows 5 km. after that it won't load the page at all. I'm already tired of calling the provider, they don't do anything. what should I do?? how do i solve this problem?? plz help with

Well, call the provider - fill out an application, write down its number - they have a maximum solution time, then call and find out the status by the number. if it does not help - a claim with a description of the lack of a decision on the application

Firstly: it is not entirely clear (or rather, it is absolutely not clear), how do you connect to the provider? WiFi bridge or WCDMA/LTE modem?
