PoE does not work on one of the Cisco Catalysts, has anyone encountered this?

Good afternoon! Faced with the fact that after rebooting the stack, PoE stopped working on one of them. Avaya phones use PoE. Everything is fine on other catalysts, the phone is working. There is not much knowledge, Google also did not help, so I decided to ask the answer here. Has anyone encountered this problem? Maybe there is some command that will enable PoE on the catalyst?
