Plugin to import file in development?

Good afternoon!
When laying out a site, a problem often arises that when you have already folded several pages. And let's say you want to connect some kind of script, then you have to write it in the header in all files.
Is there a plugin for gulp so that the header can be laid out in the header.html file and connected to each file during development.
I know that there is some kind of include, but it seems like it only pulls up files during assembly.
