Plugin to compress images by method inside?

Tell me, maybe someone saw such a plugin with the following functions:
1. Displays a small image instead of a bold (large)
one 2. When you click on the image, a lightbox opens and the browser loads another image - a large one.

Almost any plugin that works with images / galleries can do this, right? I saw loading of the full image in the reduced preview only in case of manual insertion of photos on sites. In Jetpack it was like that.

And just in case, I will advise a resource for optimizing images , you never know.
