PHP has a limit on the number of variables in an incoming request, you need to increase it in your file php.ini:
The default value is 500.

The developers simply did not think that someone would create 244 fields of the same type. This is either a limitation in the database, or a limitation in the plugin itself. The fix is ​​simple - create one photo field, and many entries with photos for it. You are using the plugin inappropriately, I suspect.
