Please program-timer for computer (windows OS)?
Good afternoon.
Please tell me a timer program for a computer (windows OS).
The requirements are minimal - you set the time, press start, and after the time has elapsed, a signal sounds / a message is displayed.
There are many similar programs on the network, but they are all hung with additional features. And I just need to know that it's time for the eyes to rest, and the muscles to strain.

Windows program: www.orzeszek.org/dev/timer/
Online service: e.ggtimer.com/
If for the eyes and muscles, then something like Eyes Relax is better . You can set intervals for short breaks to do gymnastics for the eyes, or you can add long breaks when the computer is generally blocked for a given time (drink some tea, warm up properly).
I alternate long and short, every half an hour.
And I just need to know that it's time for the eyes to rest, and the muscles to strain.

I use TClock (Kazuto Sato), there is a time format in the tray, a timer and an alarm clock. Fso.
If there are no programs at hand, copy this into PowerShell: It
[int]$timer = read-host "Enter time"; start-sleep ($timer * 60); write-host "Time to relax!"; ([System.Media.SystemSounds]::Beep).Play() ; & rundll32.exe user32.dll,LockWorkStation
will ask how many minutes to let you work, after the timer expires, it will beep and block the desktop =)
I can share my share - timer \ alarm clock in c #, mulder.kiev.ua/projects/alarmer/
if desired, I can add the necessary functionality, I need full Net4.
a timer is quickly called from the tray for a couple of certain periods.
