Player in a separate window without a website?

I welcome everyone! Most recently, he created a telegram channel with the theme of "cinema and series".
Having looked through and having studied other channels of similar subjects, I came across a very interesting thing. A person in the telegram channel made a “watch online” button, when pressed, it redirects to the site with the player. In fact, the most interesting thing is that apart from this player, there is absolutely nothing on the site. It doesn't even show any ads. Can anyone suggest how to do this? And how hard is it for a person without IT education to realize this? If this requires some heavy fraud, then I’m ready to order a person who will help with this, but explain how correctly such a player is called and how to put the TK in general?
For clarity, I will attach a few screenshots below.5f6d66480addb283916798.jpeg

The easiest way is to find a service that gives the player with the series on a separate page, there is one. Actually, you will only need to put links. But even in the simplest version, there will be difficulties due to constant blocking and changing links. If you find something reliable enough, then good luck.

The screenshot shows the PlayerJS player, which is placed inside the iframe of the page, where there is nothing else besides it. Video balancers distribute directories with the addresses of such pages to online cinemas.
