Platforms for online development?

Greetings!
Cloud technologies come into our lives. The desire to do something on your desktop, including development, is gone - setting up the programming environment, setting up the deployment process and testing the code. All this can be very tedious, especially under Windows or in conditions of periodic changes in the desktop platform. I want to rely on the shoulders of the cloudy brother.
So far, the only example of such a platform that I know of is heroku , which is focused on developing ruby applications. Who else knows what platforms? For example, where can one also easily write and debug a python (django) application? Let's collect such systems in one place and discuss their effectiveness.

Nitrous.io Provides full-fledged SSH, and under Mac it’s a fairy tale in general - you can develop locally, files are synchronized to the cloud.

There is http://jsfiddle.net/ for JS development, but it's still much more convenient for me to work in the same Webstorm and setting up in a new place takes literally minutes

With the advent of http://docker.io/ , such platforms will appear like mushrooms after the rain - I saw in their news links to probably 10 pieces that are based on it.
