All this can be very tedious, especially under Windows or in conditions of periodic changes in the desktop platform. I want to rely on the shoulders of the cloudy brother.
So far, the only example of such a platform that I know of is heroku , which is focused on developing ruby ​​applications. Who else knows what platforms? For example, where can one also easily write and debug a python (django) application? Let's collect such systems in one place and discuss their effectiveness.
