Installed vs code, installed platformio, reviewing a bunch of information.
Everything is on a piece of paper, but the home page window does not open (where the new project is configured, the choice of board and programmer). The mug is spinning (it seems to be loading the wanderer) and there is nothing. Even three hours later.
Deleted and reinstalled the app. Removed vs code and reinstalled. Cleaned folders vscode, code - did not help.
On the seven there was a problem with a python. Could not install, wrote that it does not support win7. I reinstalled windows 10, python got up fine. But the home button in the application still does not open the page. How to decide?

The purpose of installing vs code is to replace the arduino ide and compile marlin 2.0. I can't do this or that.
