I'm looking for a program to animate illustrations in a magazine, now the magazine is typesetting in indesing and published using fliphtml, for obvious reasons you can't do normal animation in this squalor. I focus on the speed of development and the simplicity of the platform and, as a result, on the economic component of costs, unfortunately in Russia they pay very poorly for electronic publications, and there is no big budget. good reviews about pixi.js and three.js and, as I understand it, they are better than Animate, but unlike Adobe Animate, the development speed will be several times lower and much more expensive, correct me if I'm wrong, tell me, in relation to my case with the magazine, what do you think a development tool would be better?
