plantUML plugin error in PyCharm?

PyCharm

The plugin does not render schemas. The error is shown in the picture.
What has been done:
1. GRAPHVIZ _DOT ='/usr/bin/dot' environment variable added to ./bashrc

2. The /usr/bin/dot path is specified in settings in PyCharm

3. Graphviz performance has been checked by outputting to a file echo 'digraph { a -> b }' | dot -Tsvg > output.svg

4. The diagram is working, drawn on another computer.

The issue is resolved by checking the box in the Remote rendering settings.
