pyqt5 won't start via PyCharm?

Updated on Mac OS Big Sur, when running pyqt5 code via PyCharm , the python window where the application should be is not responding. If you run the same code through the standard idle, everything works fine.
There was no such problem on Mac OS Catalina.
If anyone encountered the same problem and somehow solved it, write below
