I bought a manual scanner PLANon DocuPen RC800 in Kyiv in PIRIT SYSTEMS 31-05-2011.
And this happened.
I've been using a scanner for a long time. Recently picked up, the scanner does not turn on. On laptops with Windows 7 and 10, USB is not recognized. I decided to freeze the battery, disassembling it, cut off 4 colored wires. But the battery seems to work. I do not know the wiring of 4 colored wires. I could not find a circuit diagram on the Internet, maybe you have it? Or wiring 4 colored wires?
