Placing posts on the VKontakte wall

Officially, VKontakte prohibits web applications from posting posts to the user's feed. However, some services (such as lingualeo.ru) apparently somehow manage to get around this ban. On the Internet they write that you can call a second one from one VKontakte application and post it on the wall with the second, as it were, internal. But with this approach, the user has to first add our application to himself, press extra buttons.

How can the effort required from the user be minimized?

Maybe I did not know something, but it seems like using Oath 2.0 authentication, you can specify in the requirements of your application access to the user's wall (scope = wall). Thus, the user just needs to go to your web application and log in there, and you will receive an ACCESS_TOKEN with the rights you need.
Sorry for the terrible links, they just use Cyrillic addresses

Try to "cheat" the system. Log in not as a website, but as a mobile / desktop application (they are entitled to post on the wall). The problem will be with obtaining a token. for mobile / desktop applications, VKontakte throws parameters on the page vk.com/blank.html # (like so).
I tried it myself - it works. But I needed it for personal purposes - so I logged in "manually" and copied the token from the browser's address bar.
The only negative is that sometimes it requires a captcha.
