Placement of corporate CRM and company website on one dedicated server. Risks?

How risky is it in terms of security to host a crm-company and a company website on the same windows dedicated server?
Is it worth taking an additional dedicated IP for the company's website?

If you are not familiar with virtualization and plan to use Windows for corporate CRM, then
1. Isolation will not help, although this is a classic security measure. You will probably find it difficult to securely run multiple VMs with different services and configurations;
2. Do not use virtualization at all on this server, because hypervisors are all vulnerable and only a specialist can protect them;
3. Definitely! Whitelist for connection, port knocking for adding to the whitelist from outside. Block the rest from the firewall, check all ports from the left machine;
4. ip is not needed at this stage.
* subscribe to relevant articles and explore virtualization technologies at your leisure (no way without them).

The risk that you will be squeezed out of all the entire database along with customers by hacking your site.
We need not only an additional IP, but also systems isolated from each other.
