Please tell me how to place a banner on another site/domain using is.
That is, to place a code that will then load a banner or information about the banner from my site, and then load it itself, maybe both text and an image.

You can get JSON from your site with a link to an image and text by Ajax, and display it in js'ex - create a banner markup based on this data.
You can load a ready-made banner in an iframe.
Instead of Ajax, send directly the js code, in which the necessary data will already be inserted on the server side. (I recommend using only in some situations, I recommend the 1st 2 options)
