I propose the idea of ​​a programming language (the ideological foundations are laid out in my posts).
But, since the approach is quite revolutionary (it includes the basics of philosophy), then (for bloodless progress) I will try to lay out each significant step in the formation of documentation for the judgment of specialists.

A programming language designed to program all possible tasks available to a person.
Naturally, like a newborn, this language is not able to compete with all existing technologies, but it is able to learn from them.
This language is based on a worldview approach, which is based on the following assumptions:
1. Each task is context-sensitive
2. A manifestation of context dependence is an element used in modern languages: namespace . For theoretical sections, it is necessary to allocate a namespace for their areas of knowledge. In this case, it is possible to single out the spaces of theoretical names corresponding to the level of generalization. And each application will correspond to a specific workplace with a job description.
By and large, every psychological object (person, pet) has the right to count on the care of a programmer who implements the knowledge of a psychotherapist
3. It is possible to distinguish levels of abstraction in each task, which can correspond to the levels of an extended model of open systems interaction (practice required adding two more levels:
System - between channel and network (I hope few people doubt the existence of systems)
Transforming - between network and transport
