Pixel perfect with different content. How?

We have a website that needs to be redesigned. There are layouts. There is one content on the layouts, on the site another. The customer requires pixel perfect. How to implement this, because the height of the text and the location of the blocks change. How to be?

you just make the text itself as in the layout, line and letter spacing. Everything else should be like in the layout
