There was a situation of payment for some services via the Internet, i.е. normal work with PayPal, Google Checkout is necessary. At the moment, I only have Visa Electron from Sberbank, which I can’t do anything about.
The card needs to be processed quickly. I recently heard about a certain card Corn from MasterCard, dug up not very good reviews, along the way I learned about such cards from a liaison and what else they praise "Bank in your pocket" from Russian Standard.
The card will be used only for the purchase of goods and services in a currency other than rubles (money withdrawal is not planned). What pitfalls can I face with any of these cards?

I see the problems of such cards in the following - if you get scammed, you can make a "chargeback" on a normal card. Application to the bank office and away we go. It is not clear where to drag the application with this corn. Where to call for frost too. Plus , I read that when you return the funds, “refund” - money with such cards disappears, that is, they only work in one direction.
I use Visa e-card from VTB24. Money is deposited through the bank's cash desk. Frozen amounts due to the curve system of some stores are thawed by a call in three minutes, many others are forced to wait a month, although a double freeze / write-off is visible.
The only negative is that they do it only for half a year and you have to come to the office every time and sign a paper for reissue. They do a week. Service 60 rubles for half a year.

At the beginning of the summer I bought a phone in the Euroset and received Corn as a load. I've been using it for three months, here are my impressions:
1. Maintenance of the card is generally free - it's nice.
2. Give to everyone who makes purchases in the Euroset. If you do not buy anything, then you can simply replenish the card with a hundred rubles - and you will be issued a card.
3. It is issued not by a bank, but by RNKO "Payment Center" rnko.ru. Simple problems are solved in the Euroset support service by phone, if something complicated - then to RNKO. But I haven't talked to them so I can't say anything.
4. You have your own Internet bank, from there you can pay for a mobile phone and use the city system for an apartment, water, etc. to pay.
5. The card linked perfectly to PayPal and Google Checkout. I pay mainly through PayPal - everything is in order, even there is nothing special to talk about. There have been no refunds, pah-pah-pah, yet, but here they write that everything is fine with returns: ebay-forum.ru/phpBB2/topic74638.html
6. Money can be deposited in Euroset or transferred from MasterCard cards to the Internet -bank. Unfortunately, I don’t have another master’s card, so I replenish through the Euroset, fortunately, it is located in the next house and works until 10 pm.
7. I went with her on vacation to Bulgaria - there were no problems, they are accepted everywhere.
8. In my opinion, the biggest plus of this card is the conversion rate. When paying in euros or dollars, they first reserve the amount at today's Central Bank rate + 2%, and after a few days they write it off at the Central Bank rate on the day of debiting, the difference is returned to the account. No commissions are taken. It turns out to be quite profitable.
9. Withdrawing money from the card is not very good - they take 1% at any ATM.
10. And the last thing - when you pay with a card in stores, they accrue 1% of the amount in bonuses - this is the Euroset loyalty program. As I'm going to change the phone again, I'll spend it. :)

If you need it urgently - take any. At least virtual, at least "Bank in your pocket" and so on.

And rightly so. There is such a word - refund. So in banks, even if the card has expired, the money is returned to the account. If you have an undercard, the money returns to Qiwi or Yandex money, but not to you.
Refunds with kiwi pass - there was already an experience of ordering from the Chinese with payment via paypal when part of the goods was not available - money was returned to the kiwi wallet normally.

A Visa debit card has been opened (you still need it to withdraw funds, to pay in Russia and for yourself, then you can transfer it for a salary) in conjunction with an e-card and VTB'shny Telebank. About 200 rubles / year debit, about 120 rubles / year e-card, 300 rubles / year Telebank. As a result, I get the following pluses:
1. The largest and normal bank (all the goodies of this one are probably better than a small one).
2. At an ATM with cash-in (replenishment through an ATM), I replenish a debit card for the required amount.
3. At home, through the network at any convenient time, in any currency, I transfer funds from account to account, both by cards and by accounts opened right there in Telebank. In any direction.
4. I can also pay for a lot of things through Telebank (Internet, cellular, etc. no worse than in the terminal).
5. All transfer and conversion operations within bank accounts are free of charge.
6. The possibility of transferring to other bank accounts (I took the fashion to return debts in this way - I immediately throw money on a friend’s card and that’s it - otherwise you won’t catch it).
One minus in the region of 500-600 rubles / year for servicing all this happiness.
Of all that looked after, chose this for me optimally. Of course, it is also convenient that in my case, in the area of \u200b\u200bthe place of residence / main routes: two cash-in ATMs and the main bank branch in the city.
