Pirated Win 7, trying to switch to Win 10 details in the supplement. What's wrong?

I downloaded the assembly from rutrecker, then compiled it in the Rufus program, went into the BIOS, changed everything there and loaded this (photo) whether I need to wait until Windows loads or is it some kind of error. I would have stayed at the seven, but after using the PC by my parents it is impossible to work with it. Everything is littered and slows down.
