Pip not installing Django?

Terminal:

[email protected]:~/my_projects/python_projects/django_project$ pip3.5 install django
Requirement already satisfied (use --upgrade to upgrade): django in /usr/local/lib/python3.5/site-packages

there is no such command for pip

In general, use virtualenv/virtualenvwrapper, it will make your life much easier.
