How to properly run python scripts in Django?

There is a project (not advertising) - he did Instagram analytics in php (my pet project, without frameworks, on self-written mvc)
In which all account data and all statistics are collected by activation via cron (Once every 24 hours). I started learning Django and got the idea to rewrite the project for Django, so how do I run this script in Django according to the scheduler? Or is there some more rational way? If so, which one?
