Ping 3-4 between two virtual servers on VMware ESXi 7, what could be the reason?

There are 2 virtual machines raised on VMware ESXi 7. Between them, the ping is 3rd or 4th - what can be? I did not change the settings of the virtual switch.

ping doesn't owe anything to anyone. A delay of 2ms can easily be due to the switch on which you are aggregating links
