Pillow throws an error?

I'm saving a picture from a form to a model. This stage is going well. Then I want to process this picture using Pillow and pass the path to the file like this: the location of the picture + the name in the pictures in the model. It turns out something like this: 127.0.0.1:8000/media/profile_images/1455916263_201...
But this gives an error OSError [Errno 22] Invalid argument.
If anything I'm new to Django.
